How will I receive my photos?
I deliever all final edited photos via Pixieset. You will recieve an email with a link to your online gallery to download your photos. At anytime, you will always be able to go back and download your photos.

Do you charge any travel fees?
I don’t charge travel fees for any photography services within Orlando and surrounding areas. I only charge travel fees for anything outside of Orlando. If you are in need of photography services outside of the Orlando area, please contact me for a more accurate estimate of what the travel fees could be.

What if the weather forecast is looking awful and I booked an outside session??
Living in Florida, there’s always a chance of a rainy forecast. We can always reschedule your session. It’s always great to have a backup location in mind if that day is the only option you have for your photoshoot. Otherwise, we can always reschedule. I’ll be in contact will you leading up to your session to discuss our options.

How long does it take to get my photos?
Immediately after the session, I will email you a link to view all watermarked (unedited) photos of your session and from there you can select the photos you want to be edited and retouched. Once you have selected the photos to be edited, I will send you another email with the link to view your online gallery anddownloa your photos. This entire process should be complete 5-7 days.

What if I have never done a professional photoshoot and have no idea on how to pose?
No worries, we are here to help. My creative assistant, Naderge, will be available to assist you with poses, modeling techniques, and words of encouragement. Also, Pinterest is a great resources for looking at different poses for couples, families, and individuals.

What if I am going to be late or I am a no-show??
If you are running late, please contact me and let me know. If you are 15 minutes late and I have no other sessions booked, I will honor your entire session time you booked. If you are 15 minutes or more late, you will be cutting into the time of your booked session. Regarding being a no-show, please be aware that a no-show means that you understand deposits are non-refundable. The no-show policy is non-negotiable. So please try your best to ensure you are on time!
